Devotional:
The world has us fooled into thinking, that being a busybody is a good thing. However, those who are spiritually intelligent, understand busy-ness as the breeding ground for Satan’s operations. The more noisy a soul, the more chaos and thus, the more confusion.
Often in the Bible, we see God speaking the loudest when things are silent. Though we’d see this silence in their external environment, there’s a deeper understanding to catch. True silence comes from within. And the only way to still your soul before the Lord, is to slow down and silence the noise.
It’s easy to speed through the trail of life and not take notice of anything. But for some of you, it’s time to slow down and take in the views. As you do so, you’ll notice that God’s voice speaks louder than you think…

What keeps you so busy? How has “being busy” hindered the growth of your relationship with God? What will you do, to change the pace?
