Devotional:
Some seasons, it feels as though you are completely surrounded by darkness. As you try and peer through it, you aren't able to see a thing. And quite honestly, it's at this point, that many believers decide to give up. Without a clear path ahead, they feel lost, alone and confused. Can any of you relate?
Truth be told, being planted, feels as if you're being buried. You are pulled away from what you knew, into a place you've never known. The certainty you once had, is stripped away, as the Lord requires you to now lean fully on Him. In this place, it's easy to feel lonely and as if nothing is happening.
But it's in the dark that the roots grow. It's in the dark, that the Lord's presence is with you. It's in the dark where His rod and His staff comfort you. It's in the dark where you learn to trust Him. And, it's in that dark and cold place, where you develop the strength to stand and bear fruit.
So though it's dark, cold and hard to see. Trust and believe, that in the dark, you are becoming all that God has created you to be.
Scripture(s) Meditation:
"And you who are left in Judah, who have escaped the ravages of the siege, will put roots down in your own soil and grow up and flourish."

If you had to present an artistic piece on your journey of being "in the dark" with God, what would it say/portray? (Poetry/Art/Song etc) Also, for those who want to do this, feel free to send your completed piece to info@thehealingprophecy.com.
